    Subject of the Exhibition

     

    CCTV and web-based cameras, video surveillance, fire alarms and suppression systems, theft-proof alarms, access control systems &equipment, face detection systems, automatic anti-theft &fire-proof doors, bullet-proof and shatter-proof glasses, video door phone, traffic control equipment, car alarms, satellite GPS, perimeter security systems (fences, ...) and related industries.

     


    Objectives of the Exhibition

     

    1.       Holding a professional & scientific exhibition based on security systems and equipment

    2.       Making people familiar to latest technologies pertaining to security system products

    3.       Creating healthy competition between participants and manufacturers to promote quality and provide better services.

    4.       Making direct connection between involved people and beneficiaries of security systems.

    5.       Civilizing end-users in using security systems for providing more security

    6.       Introducing outstanding suppliers in this field

     

     


    Location of the Exhibition

     

    Salon No.2 of Artistic & Cultural Creations Center located in Hejab St. Tehran.

     


    Welfare's of the Exhibition

     

    Covering pavilions with panel, recording titles of companies on transom of their pavilions, parking permit according to measure of requested space, issuing participants' ID cards,invitation cards for companies' guests, table & chair, lighting and plug.

     


    Quotation of pavilions in terms of measurement

     

    1.       The quotation has not been specified based on internal and external products, and participants are allowed to display one or more commodities according to the specified amount.

    2.       To rent a booth in salon-3000m, it must be paid 80.000 Tomans per meter and also for salon-2000m, it must be paid 140.000Tomans per meter. In order to have audio advertisement, introduction and live interview, it must be paid 280.000 Tomans during 4-days exhibition

     


    Registration & Payment

     

    1.       Filling out initial section of registration part in www.ISSFAIR.comwould be criterion of any further action for organizer for last registration.

    2.       Please do not pay before acceptation of your initial enrollment (requested pavilion). Payments before acceptation don't mean ownership of that pavilion.

    3.       Participants are obligated to pay 40% of total amount during enrollment and the balance during office hours on Sep 6th 2010.

    4.       Please deposit money to:

    B)      Please draw cheques for World of Security magazine.

     


    Regulations of displaying products

     

    1.       No contradiction must be existed between exhibited commodities and the Islamic laws.

    2.       Only goods which are related to the fair are allowed to be shown.

    3.       Participants have permission to present one or more internal/external products relevant to security industry. Sale is prohibited during these 4 days.

     


    Technical affairs & construction of pavilions

     

    1.       Companies oblige to employing tended contractor for constructing pavilion.

    2.       Companies can make and decorate their own pavilion. Authorized length for decoration  in salon 3000m is 2.20cm & in salon 2000m is 4.50cm

    3.       It's forbidden to utilize heavy construction stuff such as premade plaster panels,... . Participants may apply light stuff like wood, neopan, aluminum ...

    4.       Lighting dedicated to pavilions is 500W per 12m² and using extra lighting sand projectors depends on coordination to installation section. Every 500W projector setting up costs 30,000Tomans that must be paid to Artistic & Cultural Creations Centre by World of Security magazine.

    5.       If any damage happens to the pavilion (panels), its devices and equipment, participant is responsible and must bear it after the amount of damage determined by authorities. Other wises sets of pavilion will be prohibited to exit. (Writing on panels, using screws, nails or anything that damages walls of pavilion is included).

     


    Participant’s advertisement

     

    1.       Participants are authorized to advertise just in their own pavilion and have no permission to advertise in hallways and in front of doors and out of their booth.

    2.       Photography of any place out of exhibition (other parts of the complex) is forbidden.

    3.       In order to broadcast any video, audio or tizer as advertisement, companies should submit a copy of it, 10days before beginning of the exhibition or show it to the organizer's agent; otherwise they are not allowed to advertise.

    4.       All advertising and printed matters such as brochure, catalog, photo, poster, video and tiser must be compatible to Islamic laws.

     


    Date of transportation of equipment to the exhibition and evacuation of assets

     

    1.       Pavilion furnishing(decoration and transportation of equipment): Dec 18th-19th 2010

    2.       Pavilion evacuation: the day after exhibition finishes (Dec 24th 2010) - participant undertakes to pay 2,500.000 Rials per hour to organizer in case of delay, gather in gequipment and failure in evacuation of rented spaces. This is one of essential clauses of the contract with Artistic & Cultural Creations Center and this amount is paid to this Center exactly.

    3.       In order to import intended commodities to the exhibition, a list of all goods must be submitted to the authorities;and also for discharging goods at evacuation time, the list must be confirmed (by signature and stamp of organizer&security guard).

     


    Relinquishment of presence

     

    1.       In case of relinquishment, and announcement 60 days before beginning of the fair, 40% of total amount will be deducted and the balance would be returned ;otherwise (not announcing 60 days before beginning of the fair) the amount will not be returned. If the participant intends to transfer his pavilion to another one, formalities must be done by the organizer and it is impossible to transfer pavilion to another company without coordination and doing formalities.

    2.       Please consider all aspects before registration and then enroll, to prevent any matter that affects executive process of the exhibition especially on days near to inauguration.

     


    Other rules and regulations

     

    1.       It's necessary to obey Islamic laws of coverage by all ladies and gentlemen.

    2.       Bringing any substance sustainable to combustion into the salon is forbidden.

    3.       In case of any unexpected incident before beginning of or during the fair like earthquake, flood, storm, war, anarchy, fire, changes in the date of beginning or revoke of exhibition, the organizer would not be responsible and both sides are sustained loss hence the paid amount will be returned after deducting the spent amounts.

    4.       All legally paid amounts by the participant, would be informed in written & officially. Hence any requested amount by present people for doing a job before or during the fair, as executive officer, worker, guard ,laborer, servant, whatever (!) is not relevant to the organizer and participants are authorized for paying or not. This contract attached to draft of payment or cheque will be given to the participant. (All pages bear signature and stamp).

    5.       The fair is held for 4 days from10:00 A.M. to 18:00 P.M.

    6.       The participant is in charge of maintenance and protection of equipment and assets inside pavilion throughout during the pavilions preparation, the time of holding and also pavilions evacuation; but after finishing the exhibition time and closing doors by security guards, Artistic & Cultural Creations Centre is responsible for whole assets. Hence all of authorities of pavilions (participants) must be present every day before opening the gates. The owner of pavilion(participant)is in charge of any further trouble caused by not being available on time.
